We handle all project phases, including owner's representation, construction management, project management, program management, procurement, commissioning, validation, and third-party inspection. Our global and local experience spans high-tech facilities, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards, cGMP regulations, and providing thorough Turn-Over Packages (TOP) and commissioning services. With 15–30 years of industry experience among our staff, we ensure that your project benefits from seasoned professionals, not trainees.

Greg Purdy

President / CEO

Greg Purdy’s career began as a U.S. Navy engineering officer in the nuclear power program aboard the USS Mississippi, where he held roles including electrical officer and Chief Engineer. Post-service, Greg has accumulated extensive experience in engineering and project management across the high-tech, pharmaceutical, and renewable energy sectors. His background includes leadership roles in high-budget projects, from greenfield developments to complex retrofits. Since founding Riverside Resources LLC in 2007, Greg has led the company to growth with a highly skilled and diverse team. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer and is a member of ISPE and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Aaron Quick

Director of Operations

Aaron Quick brings a wealth of experience in the high-tech and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in construction and program management. His expertise in project controls and scheduling has been pivotal in the success of numerous projects. Over the past decade, Aaron has led program management efforts, developing lifecycle schedules and overseeing cost control, safety, and quality measures. His extensive background spans various sectors including commercial, military, and utility projects. Aaron served in the U.S. Naval Reserve, achieving the rank of Equipment Operator, Third Class Petty Officer. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama's Civil Engineering program and an active member of ASCE.
